Dugdale Managing Director David Outen welcomes Andy Pinchbeck to the team
West Yorkshire based Dugdale Ltd has appointed PVC industry veteran, Andy Pinchbeck to its sales force team. The move is expected to further boost the outreach and customer service that is the trademark of the UK’s leading and independent PVC specialist.
Managing Director David Outen says that ‘Andy Pinchbeck’s appointment adds further strength in depth to our very experienced team. We look to Andy for great things in the coming year; to provide even more value to our existing customer base and to find new business for PVC innovations – another Dugdale hallmark.’
With over thirty years in the industry to his credit, Andy starting his career in1986 with distributor, CJP Sales Ltd, and with a main focus on PVC compounds. A move to Swindon based Doeflex followed in 2005 and stayed with the business until joining Dugdale in 2017.
Andy Pinchbeck says of his appointment that ‘I am delighted to be joining the Dugdale team at such an expansive moment in the company’s history. It is my belief that customers are looking for reliability and trust in a supplier. Of course price and quality are very important, but without reliability and trust in both the company and the representatives of that company the customer has nothing.
He adds that ‘Dugdale PVC is extremely customer-focussed. The company develops business relationships over the longer term, not the short term. The result is that everybody within Dugdale pulls in the same direction for a common goal, which in turn will result in success for Dugdale and hopefully for its customers.
Andy adds that ‘there is no doubt in my mind the move was the right move for me, I look forward to working with all of the team at Dugdale PVC’.
Dugdale is currently reaping the benefit of some four years of continuous investment in its plant, factory infrastructure and in leading edge plastics technology. Since the company’s MBO in 2014, over £3 million of funding has been directed into all areas of the business.
