Dugdale 2021 Seasonal Message
To our valued business partners and clients,
All of us here at Dugdale would like to send you our very best wishes for the festive season and to take this opportunity to update you on some of the Dugdale highlights from this unprecedented year of challenges, as well as share some of our plans for the New Year.
Whilst the industry as a whole has been faced with many challenges resultant from the pandemic and supply restrictions, at Dugdale we have continued to focus on developing our infrastructure to ensure that we are in the best position possible to support our customers. Throughout 2021 we have been working incredibly hard on recruitment with the help of our newly appointed HR Manager, Dawn Parker. We have significantly increased our team in both the production and supporting areas to enable us to best support the demands of our customer base.
In addition to the increased workforce, we have invested in a new mixing and compound plant to increase our capacity. This is currently being commissioned and will be fully operational in January 2022.
We have also appointed a new logistics and warehousing partner this year to manage our goods outwards to ensure that this critical aspect of our business is being managed as effectively and efficiently as possible.
We are excited about how these initiatives will positively impact our customers.
Looking forward to 2022, we already have two new appointees joining the team in January – a Logistics and Warehousing Manager and a Sales Manager who some of you will undoubtedly meet in the early part of next year. We are recruiting for more key positions to enhance our team and will share more details on these new Dugdale members in the New Year.
Our offices will be closed for the Christmas Break from Thursday 23rd December 2021 returning on Tuesday 4th January 2022.
Last despatch date for 2021 will be Tuesday 21st December – the first despatch date of 2022 will be Wednesday 5th January 2022.
