Sam Broomfield – Customer Service Team Leader
Working alongside Robyn Hall, Sam, Customer Service Team Leader helps in the order process to ensure it goes smoothly from start to finish. As a team they strongly believe that providing outstanding customer experience is key and strive to deliver this on a daily basis.
Sam sees the team’s role as a central pillar to the business. They need to work efficiently and effectively with all other departments as well as the customer themselves. Excellent communication, accompanied by a positive and patient attitude are the essential skills that Sam and the team possess for this sales liaison work.
Sam has had vast amounts of customer service experience through her previous roles that have ranged from administration to managerial. Outside of work Sam enjoys running and exercising, and having a family takes up the rest of her time including her new grandchild.
