David Outen – Dugdale Managing Director
Dugdale Managing Director David Outen has over thirty years of experience in PVC matters, first working with PVC material as part of a diploma in industrial studies.
A graduate traineeship at DRG Bristol followed a BSc in chemistry and polymer science and technology from Loughborough University. In 1991 he joined the PVC market at quality assurance manager for a Swindon based compounder. David worked his way through to positions of production manager and operations director before being appointed as Managing Director.
David was appointed as Managing Director of Dugdale in 2006 and led the company management buy out in 2014.
